If you don’t approach girls at all, will you be a virgin forever?

Just want to make sure this is the case because I’ve heard that girls will show signs they are attracted to you but will never approach first.

I’m pretty social awkward so idk what to say to a girl when I approach her.

Do you just need to say “Hi” and tell them your name? Is it really that simple?

I’ve only approached 2 girls throughout my life and both of the interactions went horribly.

Am I doomed to be a virgin forever if I just play the waiting game and don’t approach?
