One of the things he talks about is "rewarding the rat when it does what you want" (because behaviorists like Skinner typically use rats in experiments), which means not criticizing your partner for what he does wrong, but waiting until he does something right and lavishing him with praise for it. This will make him happy in the short term and more likely to do it again in the long term.
I'm still fairly new to RPW theory, so I was wondering what you all thought about this talk (it's about 10 min) from the perspective of RP theory?
