I had a guy that had been showing the good signs- listening, excited about dates, appreciating/complimenting me, enjoying learning about me, and vice versa with him. But the last time we met up (Saturday) things felt different. I mean we were both feeling off and stressed with everything going on, but since then, we've barely talked. My guess is that he's pulling back, perhaps I said something or just simply acted in a way that wasn't confident, and so now he's lost interest.

Either way, after reading through this sub, I think that I definitely deserve more. I feel really shitty and confused because we used to talk every day and now I haven't heard from him in almost 3 days. However, for context, we have already talked about "us" about a month ago, and he said he isn't looking for anything serious because he is going to be moving around for his job in the next few years, which I knew from the get-go, so we're essentially FWB, though it feels a little more than that, for me at least. I was fine with it though, because I had a lot of fun with him and I don't like to NOT do things in life in fear of getting hurt later. However, at this point it's clear to me that I care a LOT more about him than he does to me, and that's not great on my mental health, so I should probably end it. I also don't want to keep thinking that we're something if he's already over it.

How can I end it or bring it up in a way to get some closure for myself? I definitely can't approach it in any angry way- he's mentioned that he doesn't like to deal with angry people (a weird thing to say, looking back now..) so I doubt he would answer with that approach. I also don't want to say that he's not giving me enough, as we never even really agreed that he had to give me anything at all. Do I say that it's clear to me that I care more than he does, and that makes me uncomfortable, so we should end it? Or should I just let things fizzle out? I'm so lost, and would appreciate some help! <3
