I have what I would consider a HVM, but now I'm questioning. I know the answer may seem obvious by the title, but a little back story... he has Graves disease which is a hyperactive thyroid. He's taking medication for it, but will eventually need to have his thyroid removed. One of his symptoms is an extremely low libido.
