Yes; this is a very powerful technique I learned in therapy. Imagine yourself as a strong woman (whatever that looks like to you) and try to emulate that.

I love to make vision boards/collages to help me with this kinda stuff! And quotes and affirmations everywhere! I need to have external reminders because otherwise I just get overwhelmed by my thoughts and responsibilities and lose track of my goals.
