Women need to stop hanging around waiting for a definitive "I'm not interested". It won't come, because he wants you to hang around begging for crumbs. If he was into you then you would know about it.

I just cut someone off last night because of this same thing. I simply said. "I like you. I like being with you. I do not like this hot/cold stuff. It's boring".

Update: I did this again to another guy who was bread crumbing me after I very responsibly told him I have herpes.

Quick down and dirty before I go on. Herpes more common than you think. One out of four/five women have type 2. Over half have type one which are cold sores. Yes, cold sores are herpes and your cold sores can cause herpes. Also, most standard STD screenings don't screen for herpes. You may be asymptomatic. Why do I stop to mention this? Because it disproportionally affects women and for the most part its sex shaming over a skin rash. If we remove the stigma it's less control that men have.

Anyway, he would say he's really busy but he wants to hang out. We met on a date Aug 20. It's November. I texted him:

Hi. I hope all is well.

I understand that either you may be busier your spooked that I have herpes. It's okay. Let's call it a wash because this is getting a bit cruel.

No reply yet. Probably won't get one. A male friend told me men don't like confrontation from women. I think of that and enjoy the sweetness of confronting men even more.
