Just like I am a former Star Wars fan, I am now a former Doctor Who fan and watching this series decline was more heart wrenching.
Even the final season of Moffat's tenure was pretty terrible and in my opinion the writing during Capaldi's era went from SJW wokeness here and there to outright proclaiming it.
Did you know his sidekick in the final season was a black lesbian? It was the biggest shock to me considering they proclaimed it every episode. /s
Contrast that with Tennant's era where they had a doomsayer in middle ages England proclaiming the world is going to burn and the quip - see just like your time, there's global warming.
Capaldi could've been a Whovian legend his role if he had better writing. He'll never say it but he probably regrets taking the role on during the rise of the soyentainment.
When Chibnall took over, they retcon'd everything. There is no Whoverse, which is also ironic considering every episode took place on earth proving there's no universe anymore in Dr. Who.
Made the switch to anime, Japan doesn't seem to cave as readily to the Pedowood and Soydon crowd.

I've been watching some animes all my life e.g. Dragonball. I'm only 15 but my dad had me watching that cool shit when I was like 8 years old. in the past couple of months, I have seen many good ones such as Dr stone, Dragonball super, attack on titan, High school of the dead (most fan service I've ever seen), and currently am at episode 23 of Jojos Bizzare adventure part 5. there are so many good ones and modern cartoons don't really compare (at least in Australia)

Good man, your dad. I agree with the modern cartoons don't compare - I had X-Men, TMNT, Thundercats and then adult swim through high school - college.
I think JoJo and HxH are the two best shonens of the decade (and definitely of all time as well).
Right now I'm watching Gintama (only 250+ episodes to go), I would recommend it. The difficult part is knowing that I'll never see all of the good anime / read manga because there just isn't enough time haha.

damn Gintama is huge. personally I do like Rick and Morty and those old animated TMNT movies were great when I was younger. But I must say Jojo is possibly the best one I've ever seen with Dragonball being its top competitor. couldn't figure out if I wanted a stand or to go super Saiyan lol

I know that it's not about what gender the lead has, but the reason I wrote the comment is that it seems for the past 4-5 years (at least) that movie/show producers have a tendency to mix female leads with SJW propaganda (like Ghostbusters 2016, Ocean's 8, the newest Charlie's Angels movie and so on)

Doctor who has always been full of SJW storylines, as have many shows.
Hell, The Daleks, the 2nd storyline in the entire shows history would be labeled "SJW" today with themes of racial extermination, environmental destruction, etc.
What's changed is the backlash. When people invest in the character(s) they ignore the themes. But because they don't like female leads they don't invest in the same way, so notice those themes much more.
People overlook how cheesy and a little bit shit star wars is because they see themself as Luke or Han; they don't see themselves as Rey or Finn, so the same flaws seem monumental by comparison.

I have fond memories of my daughter and I enjoying supper together while watching the 11th Doctor. Good Times !
I saw very little of the 12th doctor. Not Capaldi's fault, but I was going through a lot of shit during that time and Dr. Who is something that fell by the wayside for me. I did see part of the first episode of the 13th Doctor, and realized that what had attracted me to the series was no longer there.
It's truly a shame, but the numbers don't lie. There is only ONE episode in the previous 10 seasons that was lower that the AVERAGE for the 11th season. They managed to piss away the most loyal fan base in tv history.
The SJW crowd shit tested them, and they passed. However, in the SJW or cancel culture mindset passing their shit test means bending to their will. They will only respect you if you fail their test. You "pass" their test - you lose their respect and they will no longer support you. The numbers bear this out, whether it be the S11 and S12 numbers above or the many instances we've seen where a business bends to the feminist/sjw/cancel-culture will and then go out of business or lose market share shortly afterward.

The most important thing on this graphic is showing that Season 3 Episode 10 is the highest ranked on the list. "Blink" is such an exceptional episode. Perhaps one of the best episodes of television ever to air. The Weeping Angels are a great 'bad guy' and I love every episode they are in, but this one is obviously the best.
I don't care how bad Seasons 11 & 12 are, Dr. Who is awesome.

Agreed, as evidenced by the fact that Capaldi’s entire tenure was a slow spin round the drain before accelerating right before he was traded in for the shiny new model. By all accounts, Whittaker could have been a perfectly capable Doctor and I’ve no problem with the concept, but it was the same forced “it’s her time” bullshit they tried to run with Hillary back in 2016 and it shows.
S2E10, Love and Monsters, is rated equal or higher than 70% of Whittaker’s first season. That’s an episode that features, among other things, a vlogger talking about tracking the Doctor as the main plot point, and said vlogger admitting to sticking his dick in a chunk of sentient immortal concrete by the end. Wow. I almost have a morbid curiosity to see just how bad Woke Who is now.
