In dating If it isn’t an enthusiastic yes it’s a no. Don’t date someone who isn’t whole ass excited about you.

If he likes you, he'll make it painfully obvious. Anything else, like when he is playing hot and cold (push pull), and you're fooling yourself.

Yes! To add (speaking to myself here first), if it's /too/ much and /too/ obvious, please run ladies! Lovebombing takes being obvious and makes it completely over-the-top. So I'd say painfully obvious in an appropriate way for the length of time :)

Getting me gifts every week would make me really suspicious of his intentions, even if he were a millionaire and could easily afford it. Constantly buying you things is just another version of love-bombing, which usually means that the man is doing the easiest things he can to show that he cares; buying a woman off is an easy way to artificially make her feel more loved than she really is. Hell, if a man got me a gift every single week, I'd be more inclined to think that there was something awful he was hiding about himself.
A man will often buy gifts for a woman specifically when he is actively cheating on her; it's meant to distract her and alleviate whatever twinges of guilt he might be feeling. And the "other woman" a man has an affair with is often given tons of gifts and huge outlays of money; it's meant to stop her from asking too many questions or getting frustrated about the fact that he doesn't have time for her unless sex is involved.

Lack of reply means no. Long story that is vaguely related but does not answer yes means no. Maybe: I do not want to tell you no means no. Even yes can mean no when they cancel on that day or don't show up.

My dad used to say, we choose what we want to make a priority.
If you're getting mixed signals, no choice has been made, and you're not a priority. That's how I see it at least.

Honestly starting to. Making plans for my life, not for my iffy partner. If you're always trying to leave don't expect to be a part of my future plans.
