For those who went from skinny to ripped, what was your experience like?

I went from skinny, to ripped, and now back to a fit but not jacked build.

With women, not a major difference, I'd say as built it was a little more effortless and more IoI's.

The biggest difference was men ironically. When my work out started to be evident in normal clothing, I was treated with significantly more respect. Men would be less likely to be dismissive, but when they did, it would be usually more pronounced and direct.

The most profound difference was my confidence, I get as much as I did when I was a soldier and fitter, but that's mostly because I'm blessed with a good face and I dress nicely / SMV has increased.

The boost in self-confidence you get will be intangible, and I recommend doing it for that reason alone. Everything else is just a bonus.

Obviously more testosterone!! In terms of time be patient. It takes years at least 5 to be "ripped". After five years you start to understand what you are doing the actual process is painful and you will want to quite when you imagine how much work you still need to do . Mood: you always feel like you are being a man rather than doing what they do - meaning you embody strength and hard work in your attitude towards any activity. Subsequently more confidence, less insecure, more mental energy, always ready for/to challenge, it gets easier to beat addictions, increases capacity to be disciplined, less time for porn or video games and music and stuff. Hard mode is quite boring and tough don't give up. Save your mental energy by staying away from lazy people they are infectious.

So it hit me at my summer job in early college. A couple girl coworkers were always touching my chest or arms, even some ladies who were shopping would ask me a question and grab my shoulders. At raves, I’d just talk to girls around me and they’d always go for my arms to grab.

Onto the men...this was where it hit me. I have a prettyboyish-young face. But even older men were saying “yes sir” and not stepping over me anymore... and I’m 5’10”. I noticed at work they gave other people my work a few times, the boss who did that couldn’t stop talking about my gains. Before this? I’m being serious here, men would literally make fun of me directly next to their girls and I’d do jack shit about it. Now when I’m walking guys with their girls literally put their head down. I know this is over analyzing but you’ll just feel out the changes based on ur past and current.

My uncle even saw a picture of me in a suit before lifting and he laughed hard and said I looked like a “twerp” compared to now.

Downside. Getting hit on by gay men, it’s off putting for me And I have my personal views.

Moral of the story, get jacked and stay lean. But you also want to make sure you develop a masculine aura/personality along the way. Nothing, NOTHING, is more off putting and adds to the gym-rat stereotype of that dude who’s jacked and can’t even hold a convo.

Guys stopped trying to run me over in situations and instead tried to run around and make backhanded comments.

Even when I was really skinny I was still super athletic so I never really got a lot of crap for it after the age of 10.

Trust me... you will know it if you go from skinny to ripped to skinny again (in my case caused by temporary injury). It's night and day. It's utterly incredible how everyone is so superficial ;) You could climb Everest, swim the Atlantic, even go to the fucking Moon and you wouldn't get the consistent positive change in other's perception of you like skinny to genuinely ripped does.

With women, more obvious signs of attraction: more glances or stares, more matches in dating apps, more compliments, etc.

With men, more signs of respect: calling me sir or boss more often, moving out of my way faster, quicker to apologize, etc.

Night and day difference.

Not even remotely treated the same by girls after going from 170lbs to 190lbs at 6'1 and still being relatively lean.

The only thing comparable is if you have really good style. Girls will then will look at you the same way as if you had a muscular physique. If you have both you're golden.

people(men and women) in public will stare at you subconsciously its sexual, if you hit on girls you will get good responses, in a club vip section dancing for example you'll get a bicep touch or a girl might ask you to dance, my confidence didnt change though I was still the same person though mentally, there is a different air around you of respect I guess, i didnt have many moments of hate or extra respect, old friends did make a lot of comments when they saw me people were in complete shock, im naturally above average handsome so im used to positive attention but being jacked took it to the next level basically was like being a hot girl or a c list celeb... to be honest though I wouldn't say it was much different besides getting googley eyes from people.. you still have to have balls and approach and hit on women and flirt. imagine a hot girl seeing a guy she likes she still might feel weird approaching even though she's hot. i think having money is a better feeling than being jacked

I spend my days in convenience stores for work. I had one store in particular, where every morning(I was there 3 days a week)..the 'LumberJack" came in to the store...Dude was 6 '1' or 2" and flippin ripped. And watching the ladies who worked there ooh and ahh over him was startling. The most intersting one was a Pakistani lady in her 50s(we generally view them as reserved)..who would always touch his muscles, etc... And when he left, these clerks would just giggle, etc.

I can feel the difference in the air of respect walking around, there are exceptions for the occasional guy who feels insecure around you, but for the most part, it's noticeable. I think the most enjoyable result in terms of other people will be when you get the woman at a party or the club who treats you like a Roman statue

Obviously the benefits in confidence/mood/process of building a great body aren't a secret.

Graduated high school at 6’0” 110 lbs. yup you read that right I was a walking stick.

I really didn’t start hitting the weights til freshmen/sophomore year of college. It took a shit ton of work. But holy shit the change and results that had a positive impact on me doesn’t have a price.

I joined a fraternity started lifting and finally lost my virginity at 19. I didn’t discover the red pill til my junior year of college but man I wish I did earlier.

Regardless I still pulled way way way more pussy blue pilled and ripped than had I never touched the weights and been red pilled as shit.

I was one confident motherfucker after I started lifting and truly had results

TLDR; Lifting has changed my life going from 110 lbs after HS, to 198 at the peak in college my senior year. LIFT LIFT LIFT SOME MORE

Since getting this lean, everything has gotten easier. I get far more matches on Tinder, now that I’m using the pic on the right as my main pic (the pic of me with abs). Girls are far more into me – “Wow you’re hot” is a regular reply to my first message on Tinder. They’re also saying yes to dates far more than in the past, and they’re far more into me when we meet up. I literally feel like a different person – like I’ve finally become a “hot guy”.

In person – wow. I’ve noticed the last 3 girls I’ve had sex with stare at my body during sex. Two of them kept touching my chest and my abs, staring at me while I was fucking them. For me, that’s so incredibly surreal – I started out as a fat mess, and I never in a billion years thought I could be “hot”, let alone “sexy”. I catch the girls looking at me and lusting after me during sex and all I can think is, “Wait, is she looking at my body? She likes I am hot? What the fuck?”

Once you’re really lean, it’ll blow your mind how girls will react when you take your shirt off. I’ve literally had 3 girls now bite their lip or moan while watching me take my shirt off – yes, actually fucking moan. I’ve never really had that before in my life – I’ve gotten compliments, yes. But I’ve never had a girl stare at my body, unable to take her eyes off me.

It feels surreal – again, it doesn’t feel like I “deserve” it. My mind still hasn’t caught up to the fact I’m an attractive guy yet. It’s really fucking strange, and a huge ego boost. They’re also touching me way more during sex – putting their hands on my body more, stroking my arms/chest/tummy – it’s awesome.

I even had a girl say the other day – “Your jawline is amazing”. That’s a compliment I’ve literally never heard before in my life – and it’s only because I got very lean. All the muscle and working out in the world doesn’t give you a good jawline – only getting lean does.

Girls care about getting lean above all else – it’s the thing that’ll help you the most with getting laid, if that’s your goal. No girls are drooling over the fact you can deadlift 180kg. They care about what you look like – and being lean matters way more than being “big”. Especially with online dating, where you can take a great photo of your body like I have above, and then get a million more matches.
