2L student here going into sex crimes, B.A in law and psychology, also worked in my local court for years (criminal courts to be specific ). So I am well informed. False rape allegations are so rare, I mean rarer than a HVM in this world. I am not sure why men keep bringing it up. Women should truly worry about men raping them because that is much common than a man being accused of rape when he didn't do it.

  1. Most women (meaning majority) never ever ever ever report their rape
  2. Most women who report their rape don't go to trial
  3. Most rapist get off

Also

  1. 1/5 women are sexually assaulted in their lifetime or someone tried to sexually assault them. The female population in the USA is 166.7 million that means 33,340,000 women are sexually assaulted or someone tried to. Not even half of those women say anything.

Which means:

  1. Most men claiming false rape, is a damn lie. I said what I said f- you if you think otherwise.

Men, too, are more likely to get raped (by another man) than they are to ever be faced with a false allegation.

EDIT: there is also no question of consent in his story. On the surface it seems like he just did this to her without asking. I checked out the username aswell. He is very active to BDSM and furry subs. It doesn't make a difference for this post, but personally I'd be wary of his other activities.

And rape is not necessarily violent nor is it always committed by strangers hiding in the bushes. Just because she sent a text asking to hook up, it doesn’t mean in the moment that she wanted to follow through.

My ex from when I was 16 used to rape me all the time. He thought that us having sex on camera one time meant that he wasn’t a rapist. No. I “lost” my virginity by him raping me. He had often pressured me for sex and would get really mad at me whenever I said no. I would give in because I didn’t want him to violently rape me (it was still rape!)

Enthusiastic consent is what determines it.

I also knew a guy who raped a friend of mine. She initially agreed to having sex with him but in the middle of it, she asked him to stop and he said “shut up” and continued. He was also in his 30s and she was 18.

I doubt she actually sent the text. "wanna smash" is not how many women would suggest sex, if at all. Especially not at that age.

Yeah that’s ridiculous. I also find that boys and men have a habit of leaving details out of their stories.

Yes it is a tacit to make them seem right. At the end as they say to us, I need proof or it aint' happen

I wish I could find it but I remember this classic legal advice Reddit thread that was so similar to this. The guy claimed some texts messages before they met were “proof” that the girl was dtf. He invited the girl over and they were hanging out and he got annoyed that she kept looking at her phone instead of paying attention to him so he made a comment about it and took her phone out of her hand and then reminded her about what she had “promised” him. After they “had sex” he went to the bathroom and she ran out and called the cops. He was whining about false rape accusations and claimed she must be crazy.

Thankfully the comments were all like dude you took her phone from her, gave her a guilt trip claiming she owed you sex, raped her, and she escaped as soon as you left her alone, you fucking raped her. The guy was in complete denial. That’s what I think about any time I hear “false rape allegation.”

I feel the same about this story. He claimed she left him angry messages that demanded he'd contact her. I'll bet it was about the rape and that's why he broke it off. Although it could also have been that she broke it off.
The police not believing her story does not proof his innocence, because police often refuse to take rape victims seriously.

This is the kind of low effort “creative” writing that comes from a generation of men who pride themselves on not reading books, honestly.

You can tell because the grammar and syntax are so horrendous. As an English major, stuff like this gives me migraines.

[–]unbelyevableFDS Newbie10 points11 points12 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

So many questions. Maybe someone's mentioned this before my comment but as a psychology major myself I cannot get past the dissociation in the first paragraph then all of a sudden in the next and last she's "my (now ex) gf"

Wat?.

Sigh.

So... he did or did not “stick his dick in crazy?”

Because he says he didn’t, so how would his take away lesson have helped him? Interesting.

I’m so fucking confused. You can tell this never even happened.
