Firstly, she is certified pickmeisha - pay attention to who makes the majority of money in their family (hint: Megan), who doesn't have a decent job and slacks on the house chores (hint: her hubby).
Secondly, the advice she gives to foreign girls about Korean guys is not only pickmeisha advice, but even misogynistic and dangerous to a certain extent. Her advice glorifies Korean guys and shames foreign girls who try to exercise standards in dating. Shame that she is a foreigner herself.
Thirdly, based on what I mentioned as my first point, foreign girls should be really really careful and vet even harder while in Korea. Many Korean guys are very risk averse, and while are curious about foreigners, are not really ready to date us, because they see cultural difficulties as too much of a hassle.
But they do have 'foreign fever', so majority of Korean guys I tried to date (mind you, I chose only guys with great foreign education, nice corporate job, and seemingly very well-mannered guys) or want to 'fuck and dump' or don't earn enough to court a Korean girl/are stingy, so they choose naive foreign girls who think that 'love conquers all'.

I am glad I never believed their BS, and FDS definitely helped in that.
