Something my bf really liked about me going in was that I was confident. I couldn't understand it but my cofidence has been plumeting. Now I understand after reading on "red pill men" this quote, "The results revealed women who had attractive husbands are obsessed with losing weight in order to look better, which, they say, makes them insecure and sad." Since dating my current bf (4-5 months?) I've lost 10 lbs.

Everyone around me is warning me, "don't lose this guy! He's a keeper!" Even my grandma who hates/distrusts all men really likes my bf and was obsessed with my looks/cleaning ability for the last month when I visited her. There would be a drop of water next to the sink and she'd say how worried she was for my future because I'm not a good home-maker.

I'm becoming more attractive (short term, I understand long term the wall is coming) and more disciplined but I feel like I have to fake my confidence now. How can I regain my confidence?
