Do you think it is naive to imply that "The Friend Zone doesn't exist?" Is it exclusively a woman's argument? Are there Men who believe this is true and if so, why? Are there women it is not true, and if so, why?

It’s not naive. Never assume nativity where malice is fucking obvious. While there ARE men who never try to state their intentions and just act like a friend, and there ARE men who get outright rejected then bitch about being friend zoned when in fact they were rejected, it is ALSO the case that the friend zone exists. Incessantly dropping (dishonest) hints while refusing to reject someone, sometimes even going so far as to interfere with an honest statement of intentions “let’s talk about it in the future” etc absolutely happens.

The thing to do if you are being led on is to LEAVE. This applies to men and women.

Honestly "the friend zone" is just a term for a situation where a guy is romantically interested in a woman but she won't see him as anything more than a platonic friend due to her just not find him attractive. It's not even a question of existing or not existing, it just describes a common scenario.

If you both mutually agreed to be friends and nothing more you can’t later put the onus on them when things don’t escalate. It’s the same as “fuckzone” if you both agreed to nsa sex and nothing more you can’t put the onus on the other person when things don’t escalate. The other person typically lays out that they just want to be friends or just keep things casual. If you stick around trying to change their mind and it doesn’t work out that’s on you. “Friendzone”/“Fuckzone” imply that they did something to you

Of course it exists. It is simply a circumstance where a guy sees romantic value in a woman, but that woman only has a platonic interest in the guy. There's nothing inherently misogynistic about recognizing this, it's just a consequence of men having far higher horniness than average, and the average man having greater platonic/friend value to the average woman than sexual value.

I don't understand how this could be a "fabrication" by thirsty men who view women as objects. Wanting to have sex with someone who doesn't want to have sex with you doesn't mean you're objectifying them, it just means you see a value in them that they don't see in you. It's an inconvenient position, but as long as men acknowledge women's boundaries it shouldn't be more of an issue than it is.

Man here. I believe the friend zone exists, and I am unaware of any women claiming that it doesn’t exist.
