I believe this had a happy ending though, he fled the west and converted to Islam and now lives in the Middle East. He made a few videos since then and he seemed like he was in a better place.

Do you see how annoyed that judge was, the guy is pleading for his life but you can see that for the judge it just another day and he will forget about the guy after walking out of the room. For him the man is not even human.

That judge doesn't give a fuck. He's only interested in getting it done and get the fuck out of there. He just wants to get back to his office to drink some scotch. This guy's life is inconsequential.

This man's plead and reason just goes into one ear and straight out of the other. The judge doesn't care for the fact that if the man is placed in jail he can't work to pay whatever "extortion" that is placed upon him. Maybe he's hoping a non-involved party like a relative would pay up to free this man. If he has no relative, then well...rot in jail NEXT! "America! Fuck yeah!"

Over at the Plaintiff's table, however, are three attorneys. His ex-wife has her own personal attorney (and I bet Joe has paid for that lawyer, one way or another!). But there's also an attorney there from the state's Attorney General's office, and a lawyer from the Department of Child Support Enforcement. So, the wife gets three lawyers, most or all of them for free. And poor Joe is over there, by himself, trying to make legal arguments. He didn't have a chance. Does the court give one shit about Due Process? What do you think? I think the Judge was writing up his incarceration order ten minutes before the hearing began.

More info on Joe Kenick III. He had a judge before this one. Very very dirty. Marital Master Cross I believe is the name (not sure where title ends and name begins). The judge you see in OPs post is the nail in the coffin. It was before that was really bad. Wife had her masters and PhD paid for by Joe and then she started an extramarital affair and then announced shortly thereafter she was going to divorce him.

Just a handy reminder

For men simply having sex is enough to soon them financially. Women can freely have sex without any repurcussions. 100% of the decisions regarding abortion are made by women yet men face 100% of the consequences. Women will argue "reeee two to tango" but you can use that same logic to deny women sex
Stealthing is illegal because "she didn't consent to unprotected sex". Baby trapping isn't despite the same logic being applicable. To make this worse women can get an abortion if they get pregnant from stealthing but a man is fucked if babytrapped
If a husband's wife cheats and lies about the paternity of his child and he proves it at a later date he is still on the bill for child support

In short women have a plethora of rights when it comes to reproduction while men have none. Being a man paying child support is usually the consequence of either one mistake or being maliciously deceived while being a single mum is the consequence of a series of intentional decisions. Despite this women who can't pay for their kids get free housing while men go to jail

Been there, done that. 20 years ago, my narcissistic wife had abused me mentally for 5 years to the point I attempted suicide. She never admitted guilt or would attend couples therapy. I express my intentions of divorce. We had two little girls. A few days later she gets the upper hand by lying that I threw a bottle at her during a purely verbal argument. Cops come and I'm tossed in jail with a restraining order against me, then she files for divorce the very next day. I'm the breadwinner making just over six figures. She has no job so the courts IN THE INITIAL DIVORCE HEARING grant her 90% of my salary, which is less than the cost of one month's rent for the cheapest room in town? Over the next few months she harrases my employer to the point where I lose my job, but I am still responsible 90% of a job I no longer have, nor can find again. The courts REFUSE to lower it because she still has no job. The debt to her piles up to the point where she gets the house in full. It's then another year before the divorce is official and I just owe child support, but the financial damage to me is done. As the tech bubble of 20 years ago crashes, it's impossible to find a similar job and I'm forced with 2 waiter jobs and a health club attendant job to scratch by. I wanted to see my girls so bad, that I just wanted to stay close just in case.

Two months after the divorce is final, she takes off 2k miles for a job offer with the kids. Completely disappears for 3 years. When I finally track her down, the court accuses me as the villain. I'm stuck in supervised visitation, costing me $400 to see my girls for 4 hours a month. She then somehow convinces the court she had to pay an additional $5k for "child care" with NO proof whatsoever, and I'm expected to pay that OR GO TO JAIL. The only money I had in my bank was 1k. Naturally, my credit was destroyed by the divorce. My lawyer said, "that should be fine as a down payment". Nope. The judge threw me in county jail IMMEDIATELY for not having a 5k on the spot.

Yes, it's bail jail and a catch 22. You are held in jail until that ransom can be paid. I am blessed by the Lord that my Church helped come up with the balance to have me released 4 days later.

The good news is that the next year with a new judge her claim of "child care" was credited to me due to her lack of evidence of payment. Eventually, the courts saw through her victimization bullshit and I had free access to see my girls. But the damage was done to them by then and today having a healthy relationship with my daughters is almost impossible.

The courts are evil to men if there is a bitter narcissist on the other side of the courtroom. I have a dozen other instances of their brutality but I won't write a novel here. Against simple men who just wanted peace and to help raise their kids as it should be.

In 3 months my child support finally expires. A long road I don't wish upon anyone. Except for my ex-wife.

Things like these make me wanna commit war crimes against family courts.. looting and plundering their property, burning down the institution and "enjoying" the wives and daughters of those complicit in this madness would be a good start.
