Women just fucking complicate EVERYTHING they get involved with. Over 20 years I've been at my club, when it was just a boys club, it was pretty good, but as we all got older into our 30's, inevitably the guys start getting married and we are in a bit of a baby boom at the moment, but with that, comes women and women are trouble.

Recently I was suspicious something was wrong at my club. I thought that perhaps it was me, I'm a fairly outspoken player so assumed that clashing heads with coaches was making everyone else uneasy. Turns out I was wrong, there's women involved. Apparently the wife of one of the guys has confessed to one of the other women that she is no longer in love with her husband (that she's been with for 10 years and has 2 children, shes 29 btw) and that she is now in love with our best player! HOLY SHIT, I guess that it's a bit of an open secret too although my friend sworn me to secrecy at the club (which I am happy to oblige as I don't want to be involved). Apparently the guy in question and wife have been caught flirting a lot, there have been threats of suicide from the husband if she leaves him, they have broken up several times too, it seems like behind the scenes it's a total fucking shit show.

As I said, I'm bracing for the fallout here because as we all know, women just can't help themselves. I fear a punch up or stabbing at training honestly. I know the husband, he has a volatile temper during games, I can't imagine what shit might go down if his wife is caught fucking this bloke or worse, he might just kill her! I'm not kidding either.

Fuck fuck fucking hell ay. I can't say anything to any other club member but at least I can vent to you guys.
