Hey fellas, today I want to share some major conversational skills I took out of med school. We learned this in psychology classes and in my experience you could apply these skills to conversations in everyday life.

You dont matter to others. Only talk about yourself when they ask and even then keep it tight. This signals that you dont need/want their approval, signaling confidence.

You should always give advice indirectly, and only if directly asked. People know best what they want to do, dont piss them off with your peasant knowledge. Never command. Always suggest. If you make a good suggestion, they might decide to take that up. But in general never involve too much in other peoples business.

Your frame in general has to be that you dont care what other people do. If your best friend decides to take heroin today its his choice, you wont be able to stop him. Telling him bro you might die wont stop him because he already knows that. Its harsh to read it like that but we have to stop giving our energy trying to control the world around us.

If people change in a negative way and you see no good in your friendship anymore, just draw away from them. Thats all you can do, but its a really powerful tool.

If someone wants your help with a problem, you play it down first. Then they will explain to you why their problem is so important. By explaining to you why its important, they automatically also explain to themselves and get motivated to change something.

Also here always keep your ego small and only suggest things in an indirect manner.

Example: -Bro I think im a soy, i never get replies from girls

Now dont: - „Bro you gotta work on your appearance and game you look like shit no wonder man“ He knows. You are just insulting and not helping. You have to set the focus not on why he gets no replies, but why he wants change.

Do: - „Ok bro but its just girls why do you care?“ Now hes explaining: -„Bro im lonely, I wanna gather experience“ You still play it down: -„You‘re still young you got time“ - „No man im 23 and i never looked a girl in they eye i dont wanna die alone“

Hes internally accepting the importance of change to get what he wants. He knows exactly that hes not attractive. But you dont tell him that. Just make HIM explain to you WHY he needs to change, just to reaffirm the importance in his own mind. He knows exactly what he has to do.

Thats it guys this elevated my personal relationships quiet a lot. I was a bit offending and controlling without realizing it.
