Your first mistake is that you are 17 and claim to have an LTR!

Sure, you like her, you like having sex with her, you might be in love with her. You may even love her. That's all wonderful. You have a heart, let it feel.

But are you going to build a life together? Or even be together much longer? The chances of you being together in a year's time, even if she is not already cheating, are 1%.

She is doing what you should be doing: enjoying the other's company, not taking things too seriously, certainly not swearing fidelity, and exploring other options.

If you were already doing this, her actions would not phase you in the least. You would use the time she is with him to meet other girls/friends/do your own thing. And that is the only thing that would make her less likely to cheat: that she fears losing you because you have other options.

You should not do anything. You should not mate-guard. Simply accept that she is not yours and act accordingly.

Umm, if this is serious, not only should you end the LTR with her, you should have already done so. It's real simple, if she wants to be with the other guy, tell her to go be with the other guy. Don't be her backup or backburner guy.
