Saw an article in the local newspaper, last few days, about female partners in laywer firms. The usual obsessing about having 50/50 representation. If there were 10-12 partners, the highest number one of the firms had were 3-4 out of 12.

Same article touched in on maybe there were different priorities that might have been the cause, but that was not the main direction the article too as to why it was like this.
