I wrote out a long detailed post but it never posted and then my second post got locked on r/relationships within 30 minutes so I’m hoping you ladies have some advice for me!

So my husbands brothers fiancés sister (call her Sally) was heavily flirting with him over Thanksgiving and sending him dirty photos after. I was at thanksgiving dinner with my own family. I have never met her but she is close with his family because they all live in the same area and I’m always hearing about her. Husbands brother is getting married next year and Sally is heavily involved in the planning and I know I will have to meet her and probably see her at family functions in the future.

My husband told me all of this and showed me the texts. We both laughed it off. I don’t care if randos hit on my husband but I have zero interest in being pseudo family members with someone that would blatantly disrespect me like that.

What is the best way to navigate this? Part of me wants to tell his family so they can stop bringing her up to me and another part of me thinks I should just brush the whole thing off. My husband told his brother and fiancé about Sally and they said they’ve had issues with her in the past crossing boundaries and flirting with men she isn’t supposed to.

I would prefer to avoid all family functions she is attending but that might be too much. I’ve never been in this situation before. Should I just ignore her? Brush the whole thing off and be nice to her? Or tell my husband to not talk to her at the wedding? Should I confront her? I just think it’s so rude to do something like that.

I am also meeting her at her sisters wedding so I for sure do not want to cause any drama or make it about me at all. I have no issue standing up for myself but it is her sisters day so I feel like if I make any kind of fuss, everyone will be on their side. I also don’t want to cause a scene and embarrass my husband.

Tl;dr need the classiest way to navigate my husbands brothers fiancés sister trying to hit on my man
