Is it actually possible to have plate spinning in the UK?

I'm not from UK but 'plate theory' everywhere is a little bit different.

For example in USA there is much more sexual freedom than in UK/EAST UT/INDIA ETC.
Does it mean that it's impossible to spin plates? No, it's just MUCH harder because there will be more slut shaming etc. It's riskier for woman to sleep around and get marked as a slut.
Basically the more they have to lose (reputation is a key) the better You have to be.
