I don’t know if I talk shit but I definitely hold a lot of regret for my past decisions during my Pick-Me days. Thankfully, these regrets only come in short bursts and then recede. The challenge has been to not focus on regrets. FDS has helped with that. Especially since I recently broke up with my bf who was more LVM but blinded me with some crumbs of HVM behavior.

Now if I can just find a way to get over the regret of having gone to law school over veterinarian school 🤪

I needed to see this tonight. I often get caught up in anger and bitterness, mainly toward myself, thinking about how much better things would have been if I wouldn't have let an LVM majorly mess up my life.

But I learned my lesson and I'm committed to change, growth, and improvement. I forgive myself...but I will hold myself accountable and never make those mistakes again.
