Depends on how you feel right now. If you already hit the gym and know what your mission is you get back out there. If you feeling hurt or your self-confidence is down you want to figure stuff out for yourself. Fucking another girl will still always help but don't get into the next relationship asap.

You now have all the opportunity in the world. Time to level up.

What area of your life were you neglecting while in LTR? Hobbies, finances, friends/family, school/work. Time to refocus on these things.

Hit the gym hard. I see that you got dumped and she got back with ex. Your confidence may have taken a bit of a hit. Gym is the absolute easiest way to gain this back and then some. Set a SMART goal for the gym.

Self reflect. Being that you got dumped and she got back with her ex, there were probably some red flags that you ignored or didn’t see until now. What about boundaries? What boundaries did you have and how did you enforce them? What did you learn from being in LTR, specifically regarding your behavior? Did you become her emotional tampon? Was it betatization by 1000 concessions?

Standards. What standards do you have for women in your life? No doubt these will be different for plate, FWB and LTR. Determine what these are now, prior to reinitiating.

These are questions to ask yourself. I encourage you to write them down in a journal.

You are ready when you are ready. Use this time wisely.

I got dumped a while back and not 24 hours later I fucked another girl I met on Tinder. Felt good then and there, but I still felt like shit after. I’d say give it a week or two. It’s not healthy to deny yourself feeling sadness.
