The risks are just too great now. It was bad enough when having sexual relationships meant risking becoming a father, child support payments or getting chased out of the house by her dad with a bat. Now the risks are just so enormous, if she regrets it or wants to hurt you or even thinks you might have a good amount of money she can ruin your life for having consensual sex. She can absolutely destroy you reputation, your employment, your income, your savings, your freedom. All with minimal effort. I honestly can’t justify even having sex anymore in this modern environment. I may just be extreme but I cannot justify taking this kind of risk for 10 minutes of pleasure

Not being an Indian, I wouldn't know if it was EVER the idea of innocent until proven guilty. That's a USA idea so far as I know. And I'm using it loosely because that is only in court. Men are still guilty until whenever or never according to Twitter and FB 'justice'.
