Yes, the google results are a bit ridiculous. The most outlandish statements are the ones that get clicks.

Most of us are fairly normal women from across the political spectrum, just with a different understanding of male/female nature to the current mainstream discourse (ie we don't believe men and women are exactly the same and interchangeable). I think, generally, people are here to improve ourselves and our relationships, through embracing our femininity and complementing our partners' masculinity.

Welcome lovely 💕 I was introduced to RPW not too long ago also. I was directed to the ‘about’ section (sidebar / wiki) which has a lot of useful information regarding the concepts and ideologies of this subreddit. It can seem a bit complex but hopefully after reading some posts & familiarising yourself with the content you’ll get a better grip on it. I found myself nodding along when reading and discovered a lot of It i had already been doing / came naturally. :)

In a nutshell - RPW is based on theory from a traditional / conservative standpoint & values. How to navigate relationships and understanding the dynamics between man and woman. RPW also encourages femininity, ladylike behaviour and essentially being the best version of yourself & showcasing this :)

It’s about really embracing femininity in a traditional sense. Maintaining a great relationship with your partner, taking care of traditionally feminine roles, and embracing what makes us woman.

The best part about this community is we are not one size fits all, we don’t all share the same beliefs, but the drive to become a better woman, wife, mother etc leads us here.

You should read our wiki and a book or two! I would definitely suggest The Surrendered Wife by Laura Doyle.
