I disagree, I prefer Patrice O'Neal's way of doing things, pure logic, fuck her emotional card, don't let any of that shit get you, his logical way of doing things shuts down their most powerful cards. Depends on the scenario. Women permanently in my life (housemates, family, colleagues etc) I will train to only engage in factual discussion with me. They're perfectly capable of doing it 90% of the time - it just comes down to the value tradeoff. Women have more power in the emotional sphere because they're better at manipulation. So they're not going to give that up by engaging in the logical discussion without some sort of value in exchange. Being a high value man is often enough that they will enter your frame and use your preferred communication method.

This is only applicable to topics of discussion that aren't high stakes though. That'll tip the balance back in favour of using all of their tools (manipulation) to get what they want.

100% facts. i made the mistake of thinking that there was a difference btw smart girls (phd, lawyer, etc) and stupid girls (street hoes) and there really is none, their intelligence amounts to fucking nothing when it comes to understanding things objectively for their own sake.

can women earn degrees and study subjects? yes. can they understand how to succeed in an office environment? but realize that what she's doing in this context has more to do with conforming to a social standard than it does with thinking for herself. a woman will rarely ever take interest in a difficult subject just for its own sake out of curiosity. a lot of men aren't on this level either, but if you see a person studying deeply into a subject on their own out of pure curiosity and their own volition, i can almost guarantee you that it is a man.

if you come at her with ideas that are outside of normal range, she's not going to trust in logic, even if you can provide evidence and examples. unless there is a benefit to her in terms of conforming to a socially approved standard or gaining the attraction of an alpha male... logic and truth on their own mean absolute dogshit to her. in fact, truth is the chief enemy of women from the very beginning, the truth has almost nothing to offer her except for obstacles and disappointment, so she learns to avoid it as much as possible.

like OP said, today she'll believe X and tomorrow she'll believe Y, and it'll fuck with you so hard when you try to understand it from her perspective. realize that her "beliefs" came secondary to her desire to be socially accepted and for the attraction of a powerful man. outside of that context, there practically is no woman as a truly philosophical person.

I don't waste my time unless I want to smash her into reality purposely. Ex. when I meet a woman who is totally in denial or delusional and is trying to mock me, then I drop the bombs. Her faces are priceless moments I will never regret experiencing. I pretty much recommend dropping bomb them from time to time so they stop living in that kind of Amazonia delusion.

I remember early on after discovering TRP, I was dumb enough to talk about some of the principles here with women. Thankfully, I did not use TRP lingo or referenced the subreddit, not because I was smart, but because I was lucky to have read something about Fight Club in the beginning here as well (and yet my idiot ass talked).

Stupid me would read something, a light-bulb would turn on over my head, and I just had to creep towards these girls with my new-found knowledge and.....share. Yuck! I thought maybe they would share another point of view with me. Maybe our discource would leave us both more enlightened, and better for it. But no. Sometimes they disagreed with me fervently, sometimes they are answered with"yeah but...," but above all, they resented me, and I could feel they no longer liked having me around for anything.

Later on, I came to realize that it is really futile to talk to women about sexual dynamics, or current politics. I will talk to a girl I appreciate about serious stuff, but the two aforementioned are out of the question.

Women live in the world of emotions, that is why a lot of the best actors are women. Men live in the world of logic. I remember as a kid watching an episode of Malcom in the middle where Malcom (he had an iq of 169 on the show) wanted to get some girl and his older brother Reese had to teach him to dumb himself down so that he could be appeal to his crush's emotions more.

When you speak to women, use emotions, not logic. Save that for men.

After 3 wives and numerous girlfriends...I was finally free!! after 30 years of this bullshit. And then 7 years ago I got stuck with the WORST one of all. A selfish demon-child with the attention span of an 8-year-old. NO tact. A bitch that just loves 'making waves. Can't even rely on her to get the simplest of things 'right'. Yes. I believe women will take the stance on certain topics to get validation and feel accepted and appreciated by the majority. Some of them will go counter culture but only to get attention. Also, if a women likes and respects you, she will adopt ‘YOUR’ logic to get validated by YOU.

A bigger problem than the fact that you're wasting your time is that women see logic as being try-hard and showing weakness.

When you use a lot of words and facts and logic to try to convince a woman of something, it doesn't matter if you're right or not. The fact that you're putting so much effort into trying to convince her makes her think you're wrong. Otherwise, why would you be trying so hard to trick her into thinking that.

Because for her, the "truth" is just something she feels and knows is correct. And she is incapable of fathoming a world where anybody else operates differently than she does. So she assumes you simply feel and know what is right as well. So if you're running your mouth trying to argue and logic and explain something to her, it's because you're wrong and trying to hide it by tricking and confusing her with all of those words or you're trying be some kind of try-hard, show-off, mansplainer or something.

In woman-speak, the very fact that you're arguing at all counts as an admission that you're wrong and weak, no matter how right your facts are.

92% of communication is non-verbal. They don't care about your words. Because women don't see your facts. They only see that you are arguing. They see what you are doing and the tone you are taking, and conclude that you would only be so engaged, angry, salty, etc. if you were fragile, weak, wrong and trying to hide it, etc.

A little harsh but I have found it to be true. Women totally disregard logic, they operate on emotions. Also they can write you the most emotional love letter of all (I have a few of those) to try and manipulate you. They truly feel that way about you and will give her life and everything for you. For that day. The next week they are fucking a coworker. I would add, do not believe emotions of women, they are very short-lived.

I made this mistake on a daily basis. Still fall into this trap at work at times. Even if you have the last word (and are coincidentally right) she will simply reset her opinion the next day.

Better to pick your battles and not argue with people who argue for argument’s sake. Rather save it for people who argue to improve themselves or their perspective.

In the best and most productive case you’re both open to being wrong and argue because you care about truth, not about being right, being acknowledged, being dominant, being heard, [insert all forms of ego-embellishment].
