Men don’t want to accept that men are the worst thing to happen to women. Illness, loss and death are all universal human experiences and women are well equipped to deal with that. But half of the human race hating you for simply being a woman is so damaging and makes everything a million times harder and worse. All womens lives would be improved if men didn’t exist (or were like women) and even on a thread meant to give women room to express this sentiment men want to be coddled.
