I have two employees that are engaged. Every week at a production meeting I ask one of them if they still plan on cinching the noose around neck. The guys in the meeting who've been married for any length of time all laugh or smile. The unmarried guys look at us with bewilderment. Both are already living with the girls, I don't get much of an answer to why they need to get married if they're already living together.
