The issue is not that the gyms are closed, it is that you are a lazy fuck who lacks the capacity to take personal responsibility for your fattiness.

How many runs, cycles or home workouts have you done since the gyms have been closed? How has your diet changed in that period? How much weight have you lost or gained in that period?

The fact that your girl had to give you such an ultimatum in an attempt to get you to lose weight tells me that you are a beta who is incapable of leading even yourself to what you know you should be doing, let alone leading your girl or the relationship to where you want it to go.

So rather than asking yourself ”am I going to lose frame and be viewed as beta by losing weight?” ask yourself ”what kind of man do I actually want to be and what kind of life do I want to live?” and take action to achieve that. If that is being a fat lazy fuck then you are in the wrong place

You've set yourself up in a situation where you're always going to be operating from fear. Fear of losing her. Fear of her thinking negative things about you. Fear of looking like a "beta".

You should want to lose weight and improve your physical health FOR YOU, not FOR HER. But if she has openly communicated that she would rather you be in better shape than current, and you don't decide to work on your body for the reason of "appearing beta", don't be surprised if she begins pulling back, withdrawing intimacy or even drops you/branch swings to a higher SMV man. Also, the fact that she is telling you (just based off the limited information you have written), shows that she cares enough about your relationship to give you that 'warning'.

Besides the frame issues here, you don’t need a gym to lose weight. You don’t even need to move or exercise at all (though it will speed up the process).

I know the gyms have been closed, but it's only an excuse to a point. Get into a routine..walking, biking, weights.. anything. Routine is key. As for your gf - her telling you is a sign she wants it to work with you. Be grateful she's done that instead of monkey branching behind your back (she may still have that as back up if you don't sort it out though). This is something you can fix - start showing it. GL.

1) yes, if you do it soley bc she wanted you to.

2) YOU SHOULD WANT TO NOT BE OUT OF SHAPE FOR YOURSELF ANYWAYS. I'm broad shouldered and buff, but still have a gut...I'm taking steps to shrink the gut and build more muscle. Do it for yourself OP.

3) however, if you enjoy being fat/chubby/whatever, do that then.

You live your life for you, not what somebody else(who could cheat, leave, monkey branch at ANY TIME) wants, NOT what a bunch of cool ass redpill strangers like us want.

Dude you don’t need a gym to lose weight.

I’m going to be blunt... just stop eating food, seriously.

It’s calories in vs calories out and if you’re eating more than you’re using you will gain weight.

Download my fitness pal, track everything you eat and then set your daily calories to 500 less than that. Then a few weeks to a month later take another 500 off.

Sounds like the stage where things are stagnating. Nitpicking sucks but it’s a cue to examine where you are and what’s next. Whether we know it or not we are constantly being evaluated at home at work at school etc. and our experiences reflect the valuation from others. Lose the weight because it benefits you and then get out there and start sharpening up your conversation skills. I also wouldn’t worry about what she thinks it isn’t worth it. Put more emphasis on your plan and execution. Hope it works out for you.
