I always used to send mixed signals because I was scared of saying no and was such a people-pleaser...

Thanks to FDS though I've been working on being clear and saying and doing only what I want to say and do. 😊❤️

We've got some ladies here who post and this applies to. Don't be hard on yourself but understand that FDS becomes easier as you implement the good habits. Establish boundaries and stick to them with 5 men and then 10 and then 20 and it becomes a part of you.

Set goals and hit them; it's okay if you haven't finished the marathon yet, just keep at it.
