Sounds good to me! Women live longer! They can be door greeters at Walmart into their 90's and die on the job...

They seem to not realize that retirement is getting out of the system by mining it.

They wanna stay in the system and have it baby them.

And if current trends continue, a lot of guys are gonna get out early, and leave it to them to pay the taxes to support their own freeloading.

So, exiting the workforce or working less? You don't get a paycheck for time you don't work; that's simple cause and effect.

I've worked with women that have quit to be a stay at home mom or "find themselves." If that's why their lifetime earnings are less than their male coworkers that don't have that luxury then IDGAF.

Quite a few of the women I knew in college graduated in programs that gave them six-figure jobs immediately out of a finance degree program. It was very competitive to get into, but I don’t think they realized they would be working at 80 to 100 hour weeks. They got paid just the same as the men.

Back when I was on Facebook, I would get friend requests from some of these women and I will tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that 100% of them had all quit those high-paying jobs due to the hours and some of them ended up starting families.

In this life, which is not fair, you can’t have your cake and eat it too. You either sacrifice to make the big bucks, or you can have a lower level of living and not buy useless crap.

Articles like this are incredibly disingenuous because they don’t even acknowledge that the P gap does not exist. 60% of college students or now women in the United States. They are being sold a bill of goods and told that having a family is a bad thing. This is why our society is doomed as we know it.

Yeah, well that is compensated by the tax and welfare benefits offered to women by the state, at the expense of men, who are the net tax payers.

If they worked hard full time, and forego family commitments, just like men have to; then they wouldn't have to suffer the pension gap and the equivalent of needing to work "40 years longer than men".

Again, if women want the same outcomes as men, then they'd better work, behave and be treated like men.
And here's the thing, most men fail too.
They're only looking at the top 20% of men, because the other 80% of men are invisible to them.

Women perceive the top 20% of men as the norm, whereas in reality within USA:

Men earning more than $100k annually: About 9%.
Men with height above 6 foot tall: About 14.5%.
Men with erect penises longer than 6 inches: About 16%.
Men with defined 6-pack: Much lower than 2%.

This is why the dating market is so fucked right now, when women can't figure out "Where have all the good men gone?", lol.
