Gentlemen,

this is a small fraction of my vintage computer collection. I started to collect vintage computers when I was still in university. I still had my old Sinclair ZX Spectrum from 1983 and a Commodore Amiga 500 from my childhood. When I found a beaten up Atari 1040ST at a flee market my girlfriend at this time gave me the choice between her and the computers. She is not arround anymore. Those three computers got many new friends during the years. Im not sure how many, several dozens, maybe over 100 and many books, magazines, accessorises, spare parts, monitors, periphery and of course a software archive.

Because it is one of the bigger collections around here I get many visitors from all around Germany and sometime abroad. Even some historians visiting me because they needed access to a special version of a machine from my collection. I meet a lot of very nice and interesting people over the years and even during covid lockdown I had a driving social life.

Do what ever you like to do! If you are nerdy as I am play around with computers. If you like motorcycles get one. Maybe you are into gardening or growing cacti, doesn't matter. Most important is to listen to your inner voice and stop complaining about women. This time is wasted and wont come back. More sad, you could have spend it with something you really like!
