I went from being sad and depressed because I thought I didn't have a life, to realising that I am life. I genuinely think that if everyone in the world meditated, the world would be a heaven on earth.

I used to do things as a means to an end, now whatever action I'm taking is an end in itself. For example, I make music and whenever I would work on an album I would always be concerned about the outcome and about people listening or not listening to it. But now I don't really care because I've realised that when I am fully present while doing something, I enjoy the process so much that I don't worry about the outcome. I still like to share my songs though, it's just that now I'm unattached to the outcome.

This week I decided to write a song inspired by this way of living, and I'm really happy with how it turned out so much so that the process of making it was an end in itself, but I still wanted to share it with people who might resonate with it. It's called 'growing up'.
