Most women do not see employment as a career.
They only see it as jobs that enable them to earn money, or a platform to seek higher value men.

They do not see that specific types of work are actually vocations, that take many years of dedication to become proficient in, and decades more to master.
Once one reaches mastery in such skills and knowledge, it also becomes one's obligation to pass on that experience to a new generation of practitioners.

How fucking sad is it, when the lineage stops for artisans, craftsmen, generational businesses, tradesmen, etc.?

Techniques, knowledge, intuition, secret hacks, and such; lost forever.

Nearly all women, and most men never find their ikigai, or raison d'être.

There are things that you can do proficiently, only after many years of practice; that you simply cannot obtain from reading a book, or watching a lecture.

Society does not need more fresh inexperienced and undedicated female doctors.
Society needs more committed and experienced doctors, who can correctly handle a growing aged population that are in poorer health compared to the previous generation.

We had a neighbour. She went to medical school. She got her degree. Then she did her internship and became a full fledged qualified MD. She then quit, had kids and never again went back into the field. Her husband was a top notch earner so money wasn’t an issue. Thank You taxpayer.

It's the same in dentistry. In the early 2000s, there was about 70/30 female/male ratio. Nowadays it's often 90/10.

The majority of the male dentists I know work full time. The majority of the female dentists I know work part-time.

It's been an issue. 50% of the med school seats are reserved specifically for women. Not only do they work less...that also means they build up less experience over the same time frame.

Reminds me. One day there was these women outside my apartment having a conversation. One of them was talking about working for a legal department for some man and how all the pregnant women would do paperwork and how it was so easy cause they'd work a few months out of the year and just take vacation for months out of the year. White women are privileged as fuck.

I do admit that if you are biased in favor of women and biased against men, then this would make sense to such a person. It's not equality, but it is feminism.

Don't forget how many "doctors" who came to the uk with fake degrees from india or other asian countries, doesn't matter if it's female or male fake is fake. Whole system there is bad. You will get shitty qaulity.
