I don't have a source, I believe you have to study works about the Frankfurt school and cultural marxism to see why things played out the way it did. Feminism didn't exactly originate from communism, both just use each other because they have the same goal, which is the destruction of the West.

Comnunists thinkers figured that they had to destroy the family unit in order to bring down Western society and the best way to do that was to convince women that men were "oppressing" them and that the marriage was bad. Then they encouraged women to leave their husbands, that accomplished two things.

First, the nuclear family would be destroyed. Second, without men, women would have to marry the government. If more women are relying on the government to survive, then it becomes bigger and stronger. Who wants a big strong government? Communists.

Also, with the men out of the household, it became easier to manipulate the children into becoming bad adults since they stop having a strong male figure to protect them growing up.

So if you start connecting all the dots, you start seeing why communism has allied with feminists, as well as other groups like lgbt+. And feminists allied with communists because females are naturally collectivists, which means that they hate capitalism. So in the end, this alliance was a matter of convenience for both sides, their goal was always to destroy the family unit, thus destroying the Western society.

As for the feminism itself, it originated from whinny upper class american white women who were bored and decided to go about demanding more privileges like spoiled brats.

Although I don't have any sources I would not recommend searching for answers that way. Loaded questions tend to lead to loaded answers.

Moreso look into feminism origins and see what links it to communism then build from there.

Effectively this social experiment allowed the USSR to witness exactly what happened when you rapidly removed societal norms and expectations and the stabilize of the family unit. And was used to direct perceived wrongs of other generations which had well off or had perceived privilege and we’re effective and efficient farmers and allow those who were not successful to simply come in and take what they felt was old due to perceived oppression from this group this was manifested both in class structure and racial backgrounds of the farmers as contrary to popular belief the USSR was not a unified single religion nor racial group.

The principals of this same tactic was that applied and used in our past to destabilize and eventually convert democratic countries mainly the USA to set them on a path of self-destruction from within using social issues and funding certain schools of thought to be able to win the culture war without ever having to use a nuke. Now when I say culture war I say it in the context of a communist and socialist versus democratic nations that is the correct framing to remind yourself of Cold War attitudes.
It’s hard to frame it correctly but effectively the concept of fake news and social manipulation was almost perfectly developed and refined from the communist state. In a system in which they required to complete control and devotion to party versus family ties a combination of ideological changes manipulation of mass hysteria and basically using power and fear over the people to change them to be subservient to the state. After all people had to believe or at least tolerate widely inaccurate statements presented by the party which logic facts were incorrect and in which rational people would realize was hurting their country and economy. But social shamming then very real threat of death and the blind a acceptance of mass media spouting the narrative helped accomplish this and made an entire society fearful of “wrongthink” or going against the states and media’s narrative. What most people fail to realize and why in its basic forms of communism work well within small enough circles communism did work in part that it was that it was a combination of both fear and we would refer to a social justice warrior mentality of outing one who did not believe in the communist ideals as it gave them higher moral ground and in communism potentially and realistically also rewarded the materially in ways of hire food rations better accommodations or simply political favors. Now the KGB and certain left leaning institutions within democratic nations were manipulated with fake news and propaganda out of the USSR and we’re even flown in to show its greatness. This acceptance and exposure to the foundation of Marxist and communist ideas helped fuel the current issues and this all occurred heavily in the 70s and 80s has now move forward to the 2000s and realize that a generation of students have now been indoctrinated or the very least introduced to this ideology and some of its false ideas. Also then realize the sudden shift of teaching philosophical and political ideas in these intellectual groups and understand that they went from speculation and exploration of ideas into taught doctrines of facts both in our universities colleges and schools systems now also think that some of this has begun to sweep into the workplace and more importantly the masses Of social media.

This is a simplified version but it is not that they funded feminism directly it is they had the intent to radically change the social structures in country knowing it would result in economic and social hardships. And it just so happens left leaning policy’s socialism, feminism and the idea of privilege oppression social wrongs in past historical guilt do a really good job of disrupting a society causing of them versus attitude and breaking down the family unit.

I tired to crested a coherent and structured answer to this but understand it is an incredibly complicated thing to describe without having read and really knowing historical context both from an internal and external source and first hand accounts as the propaganda and rewriting history by the Victor so to speak makes finding historical conText difficult.’ And my statement is a paint brushing and creating assumptions on some of these topics I'm not are not actually explaining exactly what happened but simply a general idea open to interpretation.
