Yes, been doing nofap for about a year now. You hit flat lines, but it's usually because your not replacing the activity with something else.

So what you have left is these big open dopamine windows & that's where you experience the deprivation.

I'm trying to do this now as well... No porn, no fap. From experience, will power will be enough for a couple weeks, but then something's gonna happen and make it really hard to stick with. I'm 1 week into it and doing fine for now. What do you guys suggest for overcoming the hard temptation?

I was on and off nofap for about 2 years before my current streak. I didn't have sex during this time. However, if ya wanna do it. Just personally I would hold off for the 90 days, give your brain a good reset.

My best recent streak was 23 days. During that time I was fucking two different girls. Between that and lifting I noticed an intense and immediate change in my emotions / thoughts, I think because of higher testosterone. I legit snapped at my boss (I'm usually never an angry person, very Zen) got scared and started fapping again hahaha.

I'm going to quit for real though and pay attention to my anger & meditate. The difference in my confidence, physical energy, dominance, quality of erection/orgasm, etc. makes it worthwhile. I'll just need to learn to channel my anger like every other dude out there. Scary to think that since the age of 13 I've been "low testosterone" due to excessive porn habits, lack of exercise and poor diet. Oh what I could have achieved with this knowledge 15 years ago.

Go ahead and have sex. I'm not sure how getting the real thing will make you want to go back to porn, especially when you have access to real pussy.

If you have trouble getting it up because of the porn, 25mg of viagra (or even less) will take care of that problem right away, but do phase it out, as it's a temporary crutch.
