I believe that creating habits is important, because
“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems” (James Clear)
In the light of this, what habits have served you the best and why? Eg. consistent bedtime.
Some habits that serves me well are:
- Instead of 3 full-body workouts per week, where the last exercises are always half-hearted, I train 45 min every morning.
- Complex meal plans seems good, and often are better, however, they tend to not stick. Getting the habit of checking my diet to ensure that it’s simple, has shown to be the way for me to keep a diet long-term
- Consistent bedtime makes me way more productive, however, is always in conflict with life, which is a problem. Nevertheless, this habit makes me get more quality sleep.
What habits serves you well? And have there been habits that you thought served you well, but in the end, didn’t?
