I didn't date in high school or college. In high school, girls didn't bother with anyone who wasn't a jock or rich, so I was locked out of it. In college, it was rich frat boys the girls wanted, so I was locked out of dating there too. They also wanted party guys, something else I wasn't since I had no interest in drinking, partying, and the like, so no chance there.

It did bother me at one time that girls just brushed me off but it doesn't anymore. I did date some in my 20s and 30s, but realized what a trainwreck it was I swore off relationships completely and once the initial withdrawl was over, I was much happier. Been away dating for 20 years and wouldn't have it any other way.

I think educational institutions should completely shun the party culture. Zero tolerance for alcohol and parties. If you dont want to have university as a educational focus fine - go party and have fun doing whatever, but keep that out. Greek system needs to go too.

Nope, I was straight up blue pill back then. I also don't look back on those days as "Best years of your life".

I had friends that I carried over from high school, and 2 of these remained golden friends, but I also met a huge compliment of shitheads and the general vibe of everything thinking they're ultrasmart or that overzealous way of behaving by trying to impress or pretend to be something they're not.

I had some girlfriends here and there, but in hindsight, during those years the juice wasn't worth the squeeze.

If I was red pilled from a teenager I would have been 1. Way more happy and 2. If I was horny I would have been way more successful. Win win

I have sometimes felt like I missed out on a lot of the fun of going to college. Not only did I not date in college, but I focused on studying. My entertainment was mostly cheap. I didn't have much money.

I knew people in college who seemed to have a completely different experience. They took easy classes, and studying was more like something they fit into their extra time during the day. Instead, they dated, they regularly went places with friends, they had cars and drove all over town, they got pets, they had tons of different non-studying things going on in their lives, they went to music concerts, and so on.

When I was in college, I was still a blue pilled simp and I would get sad about my own situation, and, of course, part of the reason that I was sad was because I didn't seem to be able to have the experiences in dating that other people seemed to be able to have, often seemingly quite easily. Even if I discovered MGTOW earlier, it still would have been hard to give up on my romantic dreams. I was just a good guy who wanted to live an honest everyday romantic dream -- and then I found out that the women that I wanted to date didn't seem to really care about me on the inside. It was somewhat a mystery to me until years later, when I started reading MGTOW-related material. Can you think of too many things worse than having to give up on one's most important dreams?

MGTOW did help me find peace and acceptance that I couldn't simply expect my romantic dreams to happen, and also that those dreams very likely weren't even realistic -- which is of course then silly to organize one's life around and to require in order to be happy. I don't need to keep having the sad hopefulness that dreams from my past will ever go from disappointment to happiness. Instead, I've very much accepted how the world appears to actually work, and I make the best of what I can have, which turns out to usually be a pretty good life.

When guys think they missed out on romantic relationships, I think that they tend to imagine some perfect dream that they missed out on, where everything was going to turn out just like it should. They like to turn dating into fairy-tale type romance -- where it tends to actually be about biological, shallow, superficial attraction. If you think about someone you would really like to date and use your imagination to substitute an ugly person for their physical appearance, do you still want to date them anywhere nearly as much?

Sometimes you might have not gotten to experience something, but you got something else instead. Or you also avoided some bad stuff by not getting to experience something.

Aye, still in college actually. I've partied my fair share despite my introverted nature.

Never really dated or hooked up though. I tried to when I was still on the blue pill, but I admit most of my failures were on me given how I went about it all wrong. Kept placing the women I was attracted to on pedestals and got too clingy whenever the mere prospect of getting with someone felt like it was in sight.

I was basically a nice guy bordering on inceldom, and it's a chapter of my life I'm not really proud of.

It got to a point where I ended up making this one chick straight-up tell me to stop talking/texting her, and that, coupled with all my previous baggage, almost provoked me into committing suicide. I just couldn't cope with the fact that I had that kind of effect on girls/women throughout my adolescence. It made me feel like I was just a burden to other people and could provide no real value in anything, ya know?

Even then though, I think my failures at least allowed me to consider why I kept trying to chase women in the first place. Then I looked into the red pill, had my bout of red-pill rage in r/MGTOW, accepted that I just wasn't that kind of guy that women wanted to date, and sorta realized that I most likely would have been pussy-whipped (pardon my French) into submission had I actually got with anyone.

I didn't want to end up like that, so I've just kinda been avoiding that part of the "college experience" or whatever. Luckily I'm still alright enough to have fun at parties. I just play myself up as the wild card that just doesn't give as much of a shit about impressing women and does his own thing.

Aye, still, it can get real tough sometimes given my lack of experience with women. Like, part of me wishes that I at least was able to feel a moment of genuine, mutual attraction/intimacy with someone before I could realize it wasn't worth the hassle. That way I could have the experience in my back pocket and think, "Yeah, I know what that feels like."

C'est la vie I guess.

I dated my high school girlfriend all the way through college, so I skipped a lot of parties to hang out with her, and passed a lot of easy hookups. We broke up right after college, so I started going to college bars and getting in with some frats, the whole college experience. I honestly had a much better time with my girlfriend than all of the bullshit, fake bitches I met at those parties. That being said, at the ripe age of 23 I can say I've lot interest in both finding a new girlfriend or continuing to go to those parties. I'd rather have a few drinks at home and stare at a fire than go out. If I'm feeling really frisky I'll go to some dive bar type of place where I can sit at the bar, listen to good music, and maybe talk with an interesting stranger.

I only dated my crazy ex girlfriend for high school and the first couple of years of college. Most of the girls I didn't date in high school went on to be single moms with multiple marriages and divorces, and are also working in service and hospitality fields. One guy was Chad who had multiple dates for prom each year, and also got multiple girls pregnant shortly after high school. As I see it I didn't miss much there. Many of the guys got married right after school.

Once I moved to complete school I dated and got some action. never really dwelled on the party scene, though. Lots of people got married right after college.

A lot of the wild and party types from college are still going to the bars every weekend, just now they have a divorce or two under their belts. Almost all of the guys that got married right out of high school got hit with some sort of DV allegation as a pretext for divorce, including multi pregnancy Chad.

Then I got into the job that still sorta defines me: I became a college admin, and eventually a department head. I got to deal with a different side of things: the kids that went to college to party on mom and dads dime, then flunked out. I was always a beautiful day in the neighborhood dealing with parents who are pissed off and venting it at you instead of the kid, and advising them maybe the kid needs his ass kicked by reality for a few years before trying the college thing again.

Then I went back to school, switched gears career wise, and see yet another aspect of it: Pumping some kids stomach due to alcohol poisoning, or hearing all about cutting whats left of some kid out of a tangled pile of metal that used to be a car.

So when I look back, maybe I missed a few visceral pleasures, but it's also very likely I missed a few things that would absolutely have screwed me for life.

I was actually a hall-monitor for some time. I hated the Western college culture of goofing off rather than actually pursuing studies.

Went MGTOW when I was about 12 years old. I thank y'all for redpilling younger generations so they don't commit the same mistakes as y'all did.
