Long-term beliefs are extremely hard to change - it must be done gradually. He may even double down on his old beliefs if you provide counter points. If he is too far gone, the only way for him to change is the hard way - through experience.

He is a Black pill incel according to him. He fails, for whatever reason, to succeed socially and certainly not with girls.

He games, and is upset that his hobby is filled with feminist whinging. Not girls playing, he was clear about just ignoring them or treating them like everyone else, but the constant whining and bitching and man blaming feminists always do bothers him.

An appropriate feminist response might have been, "don't worry bro, if you're being respectful to the cunts, you're not the problem, don't take it so personally. It's just some activists. You're not the issue, and all men aren't, but enough men are that those we're trying to reach."

But of course, feminists are just man hating cunts, so they won't say that. They just continue to blame and shame and demand therapy and all the other dumb shit they always do, cuz man hating. The comments are all "now you know what women feel" and continuing to blame and shame him for existing.

He is going to be completely opposed to MGTOW, and feminists have made sure to daily socialize man hating and anti-male anything, so he's already lumped us in that group of evil. Even though it appears he's already gone his own way and left the game of his own accord.

Besides, MGTOW won't help him. He's already stated he's going to live and die an incel, his issue is just wanting to be left alone by everyone, but everyone continues to bitch and cunt. He doesn't need another group doing that. He needs to stop giving a shit about it, which is the advice the feminists should have given, but pock marketed feminist man haters would never give a shit about a male.
