So my wife and I are getting a divorce. Not sure how messy things will get honestly. I have the house solely in my name because (A.)She couldn’t hold a stable job. (B.) her credit score was shit. I currently live in Virginia and she has agreed verbally in the past that I can have the house and it’s equity.

In the event she wants to get messy, does she have right to the house? Or is it protected? I also can get her for cruelty and adultery with evidence to back it up.
