Hello, male here, still married legally. Backstory:

We talked about separating last summer. Co-parented and lived in the same house until she moved out in Feb of 2020. I pay all of the bills, took care of the kids, she had them maybe 20% of the time from Feb - Aug. She moved 4 times since Feb.

I filed in April. We both don't have a lawyer. We agreed to fill out paperwork together, then send it to the judge to request a final hearing. Our 60 day waiting period was over July 1st. I've had the paperwork to fill out ready and printed to go over since July 2nd. She keeps putting it off.

Fast forward to now: A few days ago, she wants me to clear up the mortgage situation (I requested from our mortgage company to put the loan in a COVID-19 forbearance for a few months). She's upset about this and wants me to get it out of the forbearance. I don't have an issue with this. But she tells me if I don't clear it up in a week, she's moving in and kicking me out.

Can she do this? She's been away from the house for over 6 months. I have multiple text messages confirming the moves, especially the first one in Feb, in where she keeps going in detail how hard it is to move away from the kids.

Thanks to anyone who can help.
