So I had my first custody hearing today. My stbxw has been limiting my time with my kids and accusing me of anything and everything. Drugs pills etc. which is completely ridiculous.

So it’s a zoom hearing and you hear everyone’s cases. It’s crazy because it’s a broken record. Every case - Mother makes an allegation says father is on drugs or the kids are “scared” of him etc. father denies it blah blah. Judge usually favors the mother and “proceeds with caution” just in case it’s true.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that this is acceptable behavior and goes unpunished. They can say anything- it may or may not work but there seems to be no repercussions for the women making false allegations.

Anyway I got the every other weekend deal. It’s unfortunate but I’ll make it work and come back to fight more more later. Crazy thing is the EX is completely losing her mind because I get every other weekend. The entitlement of these women is absolutely bonkers.
