Should he do it...or is there a better approach to get false charges she's made dropped? I told him not to do it. The lady is a liar and has a bad record. He has a clean record and is up for a big promotion in the military so he has a lot to lose if she gets courts to believe her lies. She is a bully, violent, and trashy as they come. I think she is blackmailing him and was wondering if he has any way to prove this or press charges against her for telling him to sign his custody away or the restraining order and false domestic violence won't go away so easily?
