Alright I used to have this issue a few years back. I cured it though. Here's how I did it:

I took deep breathes.

Breath in for 5, hold for 5, breath out for 5, hold for 5. Box breathes they're called. It keeps your excitement at a 7 instead of a 9 (where it usually is).

Stop watching porn and maturbating so much as well. That's a big part of the issue. When you masturbate, the goal is to ejaculate quickly. When you have sex the goal is to dominate- longer the better.

Porn twists your brain. It doesn't differentiate between real life and digital. You get the same rush from either. Problem is that porn is easier to attain so your brain will want you to go there. Quit porn. Never look at it again. Quit jacking off. Don't do it again. It's beneath us to pleasure ourselves. There are willing females who will gladly do the job for you. After a while your brain will wash out the porn and it will go back to normal. All this is in your head and your head is actively working to defeat you. Don't give it what it wants, decide on what you want and make it happen.

And if you already have a girlfriend, fuck her every day. It'll help with the transition from digital to real. At least it did for me.

It's all in your head, brother. I used to have a similar issue, but not quite as extreme. Once I got over the anxiety of the possibility of it happening, and just start enjoying sex, it became a non-issue.

This is an atypical answer. But get your hands on a medication called Paxil for depression. Take about 20 Mg. It'll take you like 2 hrs to cum if at all.

I'm not sure about these 'give up porn' answers. Personally, when I go nofap I actually am MUCH easier to orgasm with a girl.

Now, if OP had erectile dysfunction, I would 100% agree that porn was the first thing he needs to give up for atleast 90 days.

But in this case, porn and masturbation is often known to make guys take forever to orgasm from blowjobs or regular sex because the tightness and tempo is just not the same as doing it yourself.

The most easy answer to all this is to do it yourself an hour or two BEFORE seeing your GF.. Odds are you wont then go instantly again just from mild contact.

I also strugled with PE for as much as I can remember. What helped me was learning to be relaxed and not care much about how long I last. Magically when i stopped caring I last longer. Also I would recommend you cutting porn and masturbation. Even if you masturbate try to not cum too quickly and train yourself to be in control.
