My wife filed for divorce in late August. Since then she filed for an EPO and got it. I have been sent to 2 psych wards. I havent seen my kids in over 45 days.

So...met in 2000, married in '06. Before marriage I bought, outright, the house. We had 2 kids. I had an affair in 2016. Struggled with mental health until diagnosed with BP1.

In August we had a fight and she filed domestic violence allegations and was granted an emergency protection order. So I had to vacate the home.

Attorney keeps saying that the house is a non-issue and I won't lose it. He also says I can have supervised visits but has still yet to get me one. I am at a loss of what to do, what I can do, and what is the best thing to do for my kids.
