I’ve been thinking a lot about what kind of catalyst it would take to get things to change directions and can’t think of anything realistic.

Laws, court precedence, and culture all would need to change and its just not happening.

Women are hard wired to be attracted to men of higher status than themselves so I can’t blame an individual woman for not finding anyone. Better that than her settling for someone she’s not attracted to and making his life miserable. The root cause is society has been rearranged so that women have higher status than men so it should be no surprise they aren’t interested.

In the long run the cultures/societies that still have a high birth rate like Muslims will simply replace all the ones with a birth rate below 2.

The survey don't tell that most women that aren't in a relationship, still have sex (with married men, their bosses, etc.) single men OTOH usually don't have any sex at all. That doesn't means women are better. They are worse.

By giving disproportionate rights and status to women, society has condemned them to eternal solitude. It's a living hell for them. We men, naturally endure solitude. Lone women go crazy very fast.

They already have, and they are not "going without", they just aren't "seriously dating" the women still fuck around, the guys not so much.

No the west is going on the opposite direction, men are opting out of marriage while women still want to get married, and only fans has completely demolished the sexual market value of women, in reality men’s standards are slowly raising and women’s are slowly lowering

the problem with this is that marriage, at least for women, is not seen as beneficial in the slightest in Japan, in fact it is pretty bad. they are expected to have children asap, and many marry just because of the child. Japan is much less progressive than the west, and once feminism permeates Japan more, this number will probably change, but just remember that currently, for women, the cons of marriage far outweigh the pros
