The logic is fairly simple - in competitive scenarios where physcial gender based differences are a factor, it makes sense to divide by gender; it's senible and it's not women demanding special treatment here. Men aren't losing out because they don't complete against women in sport.

In roles where it's irrelevant all it does is reinforce gender stereotypes; "postman" is a great example that sounds harmless but if you're a female postal worker, how would you feel being constantly misgendered? Are young women starting their journey into work seeing a level playing field when we gender so many roles where we really don't need to.

No man should fear women having more level access to employment because we stripped away gender bias. If he does then he's a shit man and a shit employee and should sort his own life out before worrying about "them wimmin, coming in here taking mens jobs jobs with their boobs and periods"

I think having it for most job roles is stupid because the output is exactly the same. You get the same output from a female chef, engineer, clerk, etc as you do a male. Host vs hostess, waiter vs waitress, hunter vs huntress are all redundant and silly by today’s standards….. that said, IMO, actor vs actress might be one of the only gendered word that works because there is a distinct difference between a male and female lead. You wouldn’t want to cast Owen Wilson as Gamora or Scarlett Johansson as King Henry VIII because it wouldn’t make sense. Since those roles can only be played by specific genders (accurately) in this very specific instance it makes sense not to change it…. At least in my mind. Not a woman so I don’t intend to speak for womens desires for equality on this matter.

Women have always been favored in almost any society at any given point in the history of humans. Whatever happens, the women are the last to be slaughtered. The simple fact is that one man can impregnate 100 females, but one female can not bear 100 children. So automatically women are worth more than men and it has always been like this. Women were never oppressed or expended like men were and still are. Women were never regarded as expandable.

At the time women didn't have muh voting rights men were, and still are, regarded as expendable cannonfodder. God forbid the people who do the dying in war have an proportional say in what war need to be fought.

No society on earth practices exclusive female cutting. Where there is female cutting, there is always also male cutting, which for the most part is the same, but nobody gives a fuck. The "bad" kind of, brutal female cutting is only done in very few places. And still these places always have male cutting too.
