On a slightly different point though, make sure you don't let this push you back into anger phase. Some sheilas are just fucked up. Nothing we can do about it. You now know you can handle your shit when push comes to shove.
Now make sure you're a little more preemptive next time (get that confirmation of consent for each visit) and then you can go about business with a DGAF attitude because they can't easily fuck with your shit.

The first thing to do is to hit a lawyer and check if the recording is valid proof in court. Check your state laws on recording consent. The text is good, make sure you save everything. Then ask him how to proceed.

About the chick it is a tough question, idk if you can cut contact with her in a certain way to decrease chances of her crying rape but you gotta cut off regardless.

Happened to me when I broke up with a girl once. She even filed the report, and I had to go get interviewed, take a polygraph, etc...

Keep whatever evidence you have, don't talk about it to people, and contact a lawyer (I didn't do this, but looking back I would). Despite what people say on places like TRP, the justice system (at least in my exp) worked great. She had no evidence, I passed my polygraph, and it was dropped within 24 hours. Just tell the truth about everything when/if you are interviewed, and you should be fine. I even live in a liberal university town, so I expected to get fuked over, but again, the justice system doesn't really work that way.

When saving screenshots, delete her number on your phonebook first. That way her number will appear on the text screen and not just "Christine - Tinder". A name can easily be faked if u edit your buddy's name and tell him to text u shit. You can't fake a # though.
