It's morally wrong to discriminate against male applicants in that way. It will result in lower standards of management and will result in in worse schools.

I think that law is ridiculous. Either way, if the law was written in favor of men or women, it would be bad in the long term. People should be hired and fired based on qualifications, and their abilities, not race, gender or ethnicity.

affirmative action is very necessary to prevent women from taking over the workplace.
