While I know many of you abide by this guide already, it can be useful to starters or just as an extra boost

Hair

  • Keeping it washed is a no-brainer
  • Ask your hairdresser for help with products if it isn't shiny and tame
  • Keep it long, at the very least below the chin
  • Refrain from attention grabbing cuts like a shaven portion or something similar
  • A stylist can help you choose a cut that frames your face right
  • Style it in a manner that won't get messed up if someone touches it. Touchable hair is more attractive

Eyes

  • There isn't much to say about brows: keep them groomed by a professional you trust every couple of weeks. Try a "I'm naturally this pretty look"
  • Coat your lashes with vaseline before going to sleep or in plave of mascara to mae them grow thicker and longer. Big open eyes are also a big part of attraction so wearing mascara is a plus, as long as it looks natural (not clumpy)

Mouth

  • Keep top notch oral hygiene, even the stuff dentists recomend and few people do, like flossing all the time and scraping your tongue and cheeks for bacteria. A water flosser makes it fun enough to do twice daily
  • Lips should be moisturized (vaseline/chapstick) and nude or painted with a color that's fairly light. Studies have shown men's attraction increases with the darkness of your lipstick until a shade after the natural color, then decreases severly.
  • The inside of your lip is a good color to abide to

Skin

  • Work with dermatologists, estheticians, facialists and whoever you want to develop a regime that will keep your skin pristine
  • It should look moisturized and with a light shine but blemish free
  • Wear sunscreen! A tan can look attractive but hitting the wall at 25 is not. Sunscreen protects you from the aging UV rays so you'll be able to look younger for longer. Tan from a bottle if you must

Makeup

I'll leave it to your taste but remember the "I'm not wearing any makeup" makeup is rated most attractive. You can (and should) do something extra for a special occasion but the more it looks like it would rub off on your man if he kissed you, the less attractive it is

Body

  • Eat healthy and exercise for peak physical shape. This subject has been discussed extensively in almost every website catered to women but it's very important
  • Don't go overboard and deprive yourself. No man wants to take out out to dinner and have you eat a vegetable leaf for a whole meal
  • Make exercise easier by playing a sport you like or engaging in a non-workout active hobby. Things like playing tennis or hiking can keep you fit without the drag of workouts (this onlya pplies if you dread them, if not, keep at it!)
  • Moisturize your skin after the bath
  • Remove all unwanted body hair by waxing or with an epilator (it eliminates prickly stubble and the hairs grow smaller and finer each time around). What constitutes unwanted hair is up to you and your partner because while some love women bald from the eyebrows down, others find it creepy and off putting

Hands and Feet

  • Treat yourself to a mani-pedi, including cream and cuticle oil every week or every other week. This can be done at home for very little cost and keep your extremities looking pristine
  • Start with light natural colors (pink, beige) until you gain practice to make professional manis at home
  • Apply cuticle oil to hands and feet every now and again to keep them beautiful and healthy
  • Moisturize your hands and feet at least every other day and take the time to treat yourself to alittle massage

Clothing and Shoes

Left mostly to personal taste, remember still these points

  • Show your figure
  • Show a little skin
  • Refrain from purposely attention grabbing stuff (like a hot pink ultra mini skirt), you should rab his attention
  • Wear shoes you can walk on
  • Wear mostly colors that work for your complexion
