I have many close friends at a nearby fast food restaurant (same school) and the guys all started at 8 dollars or less an hour but the women at the same place working the same position started at over 9$ an hour. Even though they were hired at the same time. Manager has a stick up his but and won't change anything. I suspect he is just trying to get in their pants, but I dont know. Who could help in a situation like this?

This is not just a gender reversal, it is actually happening with every new hire.
